Did I mention something about a house addition and it'll be done by April - of course, maybe next year! Well we've got the roof on at least, windows and the inside jobs still to come...
so still only one cabana available to rent.
We've got some new activities around here:
A wicked guy from Florida moved to Belize, who became a close friend and happens to be a kite surfing instructor. Now you can guess what happened! yaaaa its me flying over the water hanging on a big'ol kite! (well the flying part so far is rather unintentionally - I'm still working on the basics :o)
It'll be some time though until we can offer it to rent and learn, but - you gotta start somewhere!
Besides the new water sport there is another neat thing - next Thursday is the first Thursday of the month, which means it's golf day! Yaaa I never would have thought but my buddy tha tottieman gave me the golf fever at the driving range in Großbeeren (Berlin) during our Germany trip. Then we tried it here at the Roaring River Golf Course near Belmopan, now I'm hooked and getting better too! So once a month we get some friends together and have a heck of a time shooting small white balls through the woods.
