It is done and it feels good! Yes people we are married! wow! It was an unforgettable celebration - we had the whole thing held right here at the Windschief, Pastor Herdy made us say THE words and about 100 people wittnessed it.
I am happy through and through, life is good and I love going on honeymoon too - especially when you enter a boat and take off to Glover's Reef. We had an awesome time out there.
Well there is a lot of THANKYOUVERYMUCHes I have to send out to all the people involved in preparing, being part of and cleaning up after the celebration.
My first thanks go out to my best friend and in this case Best Man Torsten - it meant a lot to me to have you here to be part of the probably most important and also happiest day of my life. And of course also Melli as the Maid Of Honor to stand aside my princess.
I was also very happy that a great part of my family could be here including my parents (it wasn't to sure if they could come), brodda Stephan, sista Antonia, nephew Moses, niece Pamina and cousin Balù and also my friend Falk, who came all the way to stay for a week just to be here for and with me. I feel very honored to have such a great family and friends! (to all who could not make it over here for certain reasons - please don't feel excluded by those words!)
To all the other helping hands massive thanks - without you the party would have been a disaster :o)
Today we reopened the Windschief, got everything clean, stocking up the fridges and freezers again and hope for some good business.
Of course I want to share some pix of those awesome moments and our fantastic little trip afterwards.

Monday morning we entered Alan Stewards 40ft catamaran in Sittee River (Bocatura Bank Sailing & Reef Tours, River Cottages). Together with his first mate Allen (a funny guy also from Sittee River) he drove us through the Blue.
Well THE DAY is getting closer and closer, time to get excited, close down the Windschief and get prepared! There will be no internet access, no cocktails, no beer, no cabanas, no windsurfing - long story short: NOTHING available from Thursday, April 20th to Saturday, April 29th. Sorry about that but you sure understand ;o)
As for the recent development around here - we had a great Full Moon Party again, not as crowded as last time but very nice athmosphere, amazing moonrise.
The Easter Weekend was full of events anyway, Sunday was a big party here in Hopkins, Monday we took a day off, went to Sittee River and watched the 4th Annual Kanu Race with a lot of other stuff around going on.

Greetings to the Trekforce - a funky bunch of young people who work their butts off in the jungle and get a day off every once a while...
oops did I miss to welcome the new year in here? It's well to late for that now. Anyhow the year started up great, our first high saison with all parts of the business running is kickin in good, except we had and have some funny weather, kinda cool and sometimes rainy, but even that will change again :o)
Great news: I finally got my Permanent Residency! That helps a lot in being official and not have to hustle after a working permit every year.
We have a lot of nice and interesting people coming through here - I love my job for that, greetings to all who visited us! Thanks for stopping at our place, hope you had a great time in Hopkins and that we could make it even better...
...now back to work, got some cocktails to mix!
